Seli Ski Center Opens For 2012-2013 Season
The revamped Seli National Ski Center recently opened its gates for the 2012-2013 ski season under new management and with improved infrastructure and many discount schemes.
This season Seli offers a 20 percent discount for families with the new Family Card and launches the new multi-use “Seli Snowcard.”
The Seli snowcard is a state of the art “smart” card designed for mountain and ski lovers and offers a series of benefits and privileges.
As of January 2013, Seli snowcard holders enrolled in the Snowcard Club are eligible for discounts ranging from 5 to 25% on products and services at affiliated enterprises.
The Seli National Ski Center is Greece’s first organized ski center since 1934 and hosted the first Panhellenic Ski Games at an altitude of 1,530 meters. It is located only 95 km from Thessaloniki, 24 km from Veria, 20 km from Naoussa and 74 km from Kozani making it an ideal destination for day trips or short getaway vacations throughout Northern Greece.
