The Margi hotel in Vouliagmeni will unveil its new restaurant bakù this Friday, 16 November.
The restaurant’s decor is impressive and guests will not be able to help but feel as though they are truly in Bakù! At the entrance, a warm and friendly house awaits, decorated with collectible rugs purchased specifically from the city of Bakù, Azerbaijan.
Bakù’s “hidden ace” is chef Panagiotis Giakalis, known for his cuisine at Spondi restaurant in Athens and Le Bistrot in Paris.
Visitors will taste international cuisine prepared with local Greek products (at affordable prices), uniquely combined in dishes such as beetroot kritharoto, cod with mashed potatoes and Angus Ribeye steak with béarnaise sauce.
Prices range from 38 to 45 euros per person.
