The GB Roof Garden restaurant of the Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens, Greece, is one of the 101 best hotel restaurants in the world, according to an article of renowned US site The Daily Meal. The GB Roof Garden restaurant is the only Greek restaurant on the list.
The restaurant on the eighth floor of the Grande Bretagne is known for its unique view and stunning Mediterranean flavors prepared by Chef Asterios Koustoudis and his elite team.
The 101 Best Hotel Restaurants In The World list includes prestigious hotel restaurants from around the world, such as the Parisian “Alain Ducasse” of Hotel Plaza Athénée, “Terrazza” of the famous Hotel Danieli in Venice, Moo Restaurant at Hotel Omm in Barcelona, and last but not least the famous and Michelin-awarded “May Wah” of the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong.
The Daily Meal’s first annual 101 Best Hotel Restaurants Around the World seeks to pay homage to the world’s most exemplary hotel feasts. “This is our comprehensive look at hotel restaurants that have consistently set the benchmark by which other hotel restaurants are measured,” the Daily Meal said on its website.
