The first “National Council of Gastronomy,” held under the auspices of the Greek National Tourism Organization, will take place at the 6th HO.RE.CA. scheduled for 3-6 February at the ExpoAthens exhibition center in Anthousa, eastern Attica.
The gastronomy council will be held under the organization of the Athens Chef’s Club.
Parallel events at this year’s HO.RE.CA. will include the fourth “International Gastronomy Forum” that will present a comprehensive proposal to Greek hotels to include “Greek breakfast” on their menu.
The breakfast proposal will be linked to the traditions, products and nutritional values of the location of each hotel.
