Superfast Ferries FAM Trip for Port Agents
Superfast Ferries recently invited several port agents on a three-day familiarization trip to Italy. The group, made up of company executives from several departments and Adriatic coast port agents from Patra, Igoumenitsa, Corfu, Bari and Ancona, boarded Superfast V for Bari.
Workshops and presentations took place in the ship’s conference room during the trip where several issues were discussed focused on improved customer services in anticipation of the busy summer period. Upon arrival at Bari, the group visited Alberobello, a small town in the Puglia region famous for its trulli constructions. After tasting local delicacies, the group shopped at Bari and boarded Superfast V for their return journey.
Superfast Ferries operates five ultra-modern car-passenger ferries offering daily connections from the Greek ports of Patras, Igoumenitsa and Corfu to the Italian ports of Ancona and Bari, and the only ferry link between Scotland and Belgium, connecting the port of Rosyth in Scotland to the port of Zeebrugge in Belgium.
