Deluxe Tourism School Opens on Crete
Hotel Terra Maris, next to the Creta Maris, hosts the first international tourism school on Crete. Markos Komninakis, director of studies for new Trinity International Hospitality Studies says three-year programs begin this October. Accredited studies range from hospitality and tourism management to culinary management to convention and event management.
He says the school’ students stay and study in perhaps the best on-campus school grounds in the world and under the supervision of some of the best teachers in the world. “This quality school has an international base and a long-term strategy with the Maris Group promising full investment support for the next 15 years.”
All courses are in English and a year’s tuition fee (12,300 euro) is all-inclusive of deluxe rooms, meals, studies, education trips, medical coverage, etc. First- and second-year students are also entitled to “Academic Excellence” scholarships that include payment of full tuition fee for the following year. Students are also paid for practical studies done during the summer months within the Creta Maris.
Mr. Komninakis says the school looks to enticing a large number of international students. “We offer state-of-the-art teaching facilities, a peaceful, safe and comfortable campus and exceptional academic and practical training to students from all over the world, along with a superb Mediterranean climate,
low cost of living, and an ideal learning environment.”
