Cavo Tagoo Picks Up Yet Another Award
The first-class Cavo Tagoo hotel on the popular summer holiday island of Mykonos recently picked up yet another award for excellence. The most recent award came from the Greek tourism industry in general. It voted Cavo Tagoo as being the top first-class resort hotel in Greece.
That TTG Greece award marks the eighth tourism industry award the resort has accepted since shortly after its official opening. Yiannis Velalis, general manager of Cavo, is particularly proud of the latest award as it comes from his peers in the local industry.
And although proud of all awards received, another of special significance is the hotel’s first prize award for Applied Architecture in the Aegean from the Greek Environment Ministry.
Other awards include the Arch of Europe Gold Star for Excellence in Corporate Image and Quality, and for three years running its International Award for Tourism, Hotel & Catering Industry.
