In summer 2016 KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will expand its medium-haul network with scheduled service to five new destinations: Southampton and Inverness in the UK, Dresden in Germany, Genoa in Italy and and Valencia in Spain.
This year, German flag carrier Lufthansa is set to further expand its service to America and increase its dense European network with the addition of daily flights to Valencia.
The plan to construct a theme park in Lavrion, which will resemble the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia and the city Lijiang (Yunnan province in northern China), was recently approved by the town's municipal council.
