In 2017, IPK International is organizing its 25th World Travel Monitor® Forum, taking place on 9-10 November in Pisa, Italy.
The World Travel Monitor® Forum is an insider meeting exclusively for a limited number of selected stakeholders from the international travel and tourism industry. The conference is organized every year by IPK International in cooperation with ITB Berlin – the world’s leading tourism fair.
The primary objective of the World Travel Monitor® Forum is to analyse the state of the travel industry in the current year. It furthermore provides up-to-date touristic forecasts, preliminary outlooks for all major tourism markets and additionally discusses current trends and challenges of the travel industry. Speakers and participants from all over the world present and discuss their latest confidential research findings in order to provide participants with a first orientation over latest trends in tourism and changes to be expected in the near future. Speakers and participants from all over the world as well as representatives from important international tourism bodies represent an international and multi-disciplinary group of specialists who give the Pisa Forum its international reputation as the annual “think tank” of the global tourism industry.
