Hainan Airlines, China’s fourth-largest carrier, is renewing its fleet and this month will gradually roll out 11 new Airbus 330-300 aircraft.
The aircraft includes 24 Business Class and 279 Economy Class newly designed seats and an innovative layout and hardware system, offering more comfortable passenger experience, the airline said in an announcement.
The Business Class seats are arranged in a 1-2-1 reverse fish-bone layout, changed from the original 2-2-2 layout, to facilitate passenger movement. Seat pitch is 45 inches and the generously sized dining table can be seamlessly joined with the side table by adjusting the slide rail, to provide expanded tabletop space.
Moreover, passengers are provided with multiple, innovative designed storage spaces on the side table and armrest.
The Economy Class seat is equipped with Thales AVANT 10.1-inch touchscreens, ergonomic waist support and patented headrest capable of seven-way adjustment.
Furthermore, the new 330-300 aircraft have gentle and warm gray tones added to the cabin interior, providing passengers with a more comfortable visual experience. A new customized system menu with new background and icon will be available from 2018.
The new 330-300 is also equipped with high-definition air route cameras so that passengers can easily check the progress of the flight.
