‘Caldera Yachting’ Holds Annual Corporate Meeting on Santorini

“Welcome on Board” Santorini 2017 was the theme of the annual corporate meeting of Caldera Yachting, a leading Greek company that specializes in yachting in the area of the island of Santorini. The event was held on May 21 in the De Sol Hotel & Spa, member of Caldera Collection Group, located in Fira on the island.

After welcoming the company’s team for the new summer season, CEO Yiannis Mattheos gave an extensive presentation of Caldera Yachting from the launch of its activities in 2009 to date. He highlighted the company’s actions and distinctions until today and underlined the strategy for 2017 and focused on Caldera Yachting’s business goals.

Mr Mattheos referred to the company’s fleet for this year and the cruises that will be offered and underlined the strategic initiatives and actions that have already begun to develop, which all focused on increasing sales and consolidating its strategic position in the region’s tourism market.

Special reference was also made to the company’s new organizational structure that follows the high levels of large enterprises and its importance for the proper functioning of internal procedures.

During the meeting, the company honored members of its personnel for their excellent performance in 2016. Caldera Yachting staff members received awards in the categories of Crew of the Year, Crew Member of the Year, Transportation Services of the Year and Year Round – Reservation Services.

Honorary awards were given to the company’s first yacht — the S/Y Atlantis — as it has played an important role in the company from its inception until today. The Premier Santorini Travel Services was also honored as a partner of Caldera Yachting for its high level of Customer Support and Transportation Services.

Mr Mattheos concluded his presentation by emphasizing the company’s vision: “We create experiences of a lifetime for our customers and we are not here just to make excursions.” He encouraged the staff to follow the company’s main principles in order to continue its important journey and growth, offering high quality services.

The corporate meeting was hosted in the new conference room of the De Sol Hotel & Spa properties. “The overall organization of the hotel and personnel’s contribution was essential for the proper conduct of the event and we thank them warmly,” Caldera Yachting noted in an announcement.
