AthensWas Hotel: ‘Sense Fine Dining Restaurant’ Official Opening on May 26
The “Sense Fine Dining Restaurant”, hosted on the top floor of the AthensWas hotel in the heart of Athens, will open its doors on May 26 and welcome Athenians and visitors in its newly refurbished premises.
Offering a stunning view of the Acropolis hill and the historic area of Plaka, the restaurant invites guests to indulge in Greek flavors and dishes prepared with a modern twist by its new awarded head chef Thodoris Papanikolaou.
Having worked in awarded restaurants in Greece and Italy, Papanikolaou’s talent is evident on tastes and flavors that incorporate Greek features and finesse. “The result is a tasty and sophisticated cuisine, presented in a unique way,” an announcement by the hotel’s management said.
Papanikolaou is also in charge of the hotel’s breakfast and lunch menus, making AthensWas an all day gastronomical hotspot in Athens.
AthensWas is a member of the Anemi Hotels Group and is situated on the Dionysiou Areopagitou pedestrian walkway, only minutes away from Athens’ major attractions, including the Parthenon, the ancient Irodion Theatre and the Acropolis Museum.
