Kyvernitis Travel Shows Services at Maritime HR & Crew Management Meet
Set on gaining insight into the ever increasing demands of regulations and technology in the seafaring sector, Kyvernitis Travel participated in the 19th Maritime HR & Crew Management conference held in London last month.
Kyvernitis Travel was among shipping operators, VPs, directors and managers of HR, crew & personnel, manning and training as well as relevant authorities involved in the development and training of crew. The two-day event focused on crew competence.
Company manager George Kyvernitis participated in the event on behalf of Kyvernitis Travel and presented the company’s services as well as the innovative means it has employed to expand activities, which as of 2017 will include ticketing for crews as well as a series of pre- and post-ticketing procedures (end-to-end pricing, itinerary reservations and tracking, and post travel invoicing and feedback).
“We were very happy to present the new, innovative services that Kyvernitis Travel has introduced and offers its customers. The challenges in the shipping industry are varied, however we were able to capitalize on our experience and deep market knowledge and offer comprehensive services to the transport of crews,” company manager George Kyvernitis said.
