The WTM Leaders’ Lunch is an exclusive invitation-only networking event with 200 pre-eminent heads of commercial travel organisations.

“Brian is a world-renowned expert, who appears at high-profile events and conferences around the globe, so I am delighted he is presenting on two days at WTM London 2016”, World Travel Market London, Senior Director, Simon Press, said.

WTM_2016_1Solis studies the impact of emerging technologies on business, marketing and culture and, in his role as Principal Analyst at Altimeter Group, advises companies on marketing strategy and change management.

“The travel and tourism industry has been radically changed by many technological developments, and the pace of change is accelerating, so Brian will help delegates make the most of such advances”, Press said.

“At last year’s Leaders’ Lunch, we heard from David Gill, the former CEO at Manchester United Football Club, and this year’s Leaders’ Lunch looks set to be another inspiring and entertaining event.

“Brian has plenty to say about technology trends and so it is great that he is also speaking on the afternoon of the second day, at a session open to all delegates”, Press added.

Solis will be interviewed by BBC journalist Aaron Hestlehurst and also make a keynote address to delegates on the second day of WTM London, speaking about today’s “era of digital Darwinism”.
