Avianca Launches Boeing 787 Dreamliner on London-Bogota Route

avianca-b787Aiming to offer a new travel experience to passengers, Colombian airline Avianca has launched its new Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft on the London-Bogota route.

The Dreamliner has a 250-person capacity, 28 in Business Class and 222 in Economy Class, broader seats, larger windows, wider aisles and more spacious restrooms. Other details such as specific lighting for each moment of the flight or an innovative pressurizing system that reduces dehydration and jetlag, equally contribute to improve the flying experience.

Avianca operates its Bogota-London flight daily and offers more than 3,500 weekly seats. Through the Bogota Hub it allows connecting with 25 destinations in Colombia and the main cities in Latin America, such as Lima, Cuzco, Quito, Guayaquil, Santiago de Chile, Mexico, Panama or Havana, among others.

The Bogota flight leaves El Dorado International Airport at 11:04 pm and arrives to London at 3:45 pm. The London return flight leaves England at 10:40 pm and arrives in Bogota at 4:05 am. All times are local.

The capital of the United Kingdom is added to the destinations services by Avianca’s Boeing B787, in addition to the transatlantic routes operated between Colombia and Spain.

World Aviation Services is the general sales agent (GSA) for Avianca in Greece.
