Mega Airline Studies Holds IATA Airport Operations – Advanced Seminar in Athens

Mega Airlines StudiesMega Airlines Studies recently held the first International Air Transport Association (IATA) Airport Operations – Advanced seminar in Athens, which offered essential training for airside and landside operations managers.

The seminar was attended by an IATA instructor and official IATA course materials were used, aligned with global state-of-the-art educational standards.

From May 9 and for five days, participants from various countries such as Ethiopia, Kenya and Serbia attended attended the advanced training seminar held at the Divani Acropolis Palace and exchanged views and experiences from their different workplaces.

Mega Airlines Studies_1The participants gained practical knowledge to manage key airport operations with high efficiency and safety and learned of the operational requirements of main stakeholders such as airlines, authorities, ground service providers, passengers, and freight forwarders.

While in Athens, the participants combined their vocational training with a memorable stay in the Greek capital as they had the opportunity to also visit the city’s top attractions and museums. At the end of the seminar, Mega Airlines Studies hosted a celebration gala in honor of the participants.

Mega Airlines Studies is a Regional Training Partner (RTP) of IATA.

IATA’s RTP’s are independent aviation training organizations that offer IATA classroom courses in their cities to help participants meet the market’s needs, while creating prospects for new business opportunities.
