Tourism Awards 2016: Travelotopos Wins Bronze for ‘Best New Solution for Tourism’

Greek technology company Travelotopos Reservation Software received the Bronze Award in the “Best New Solution for Tourism” category at the third annual Tourism Awards, which were held on Wednesday, April 6, at the Megaron Athens Concert Hall.

In its third year, the Tourism Awards once again identified and rewarded the best practices and the most innovative initiatives across the tourism industry in Greece.

“Travelotopos Ltd, through teamwork, its commitment to the vision of ‘developing the tourism product’ and with a mission for the “composition of tourist services”, dynamically continues its course in technology in the tourism industry”, the company said in an announcement.

Travelotopos is a technology company that provides one of the best distribution platforms for car rentals and hotels.

“Until two years ago and having faced several obstacles, neither of us at Travelotopos could have imagined the great acceptance and today’s recognition of our efforts. We promise to continue our efforts to create innovative and easy-to-use applications for all businesses and sectors of tourism.”

The Tourism Awards 2016 were organized by the Hotel & Restaurant magazine of Boussias Communications and held under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy, Infrastructure, Shipping and Tourism and the Greek National Tourism Organization.
