Triple Win for Costa Navarino’s ‘Anazoe’ at Spa Traveller Awards 2015

Anazoe Spa at Costa Navarino, the prime sustainable destination in the Greek region of Messinia, southwest Peloponnese, was recently honored with the top accolade in three categories at this year’s SPA Traveller Awards, as Best European Spa to Recharge, Best Wellness Spa: Europe and Best for Golf and Spa Europe.

The SPA Traveller Awards recognise the ultimate spa and wellness destinations around the world, as voted for by international readers of The SPA Traveller magazine. The awards are regarded as a benchmark to showcase excellence and achievement in the spa industry.

“We are very proud to receive three awards at this year’s SPA Traveller Awards, which for us is an international recognition as one of the top spa resorts in the world”, the Director of Anazoe Spa, Dora Koromila, said.

This triple win follows Anazoe Spa being named winner in two categories in 2014 — Best International Family-Friendly Spa Hotel/Resort and Best International New/Refurbished Spa — and two categories in 2013, namely Best Spa Hotel/ Resort: Greece alongside Best European Spa for Incentive Breaks.

The Anazoe Spa offers specialized treatments based on local ancient health and beauty practices.

The name Anazoe derives from the Greek word for rejuvenation and fully reflects the underlying aim of the spa, which is a total revitalisation of body and spirit in accordance with the ancient Greek maxim “a healthy mind in a healthy body”.
