Dolphin Capital Announces Opening Date for Second Aman Resort
Global residential resort developer Dolphin Capital has announced the opening of its second Aman Resort, Amanera at Playa Grande Club & Reserve in the Dominican Republic on November 23, 2015.
Amanera follows the success of Amanzoe in Greece, Dolphin Capital’s first Aman Resort, recognized today as one of the top luxury resorts in Europe.
Playa Grande Club & Reserve occupies more than 2,000 acres on the north coast of the Dominican Republic with almost seven miles of coastline overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and the eponymous mile-long beach.
The project is also home to the renowned Playa Grande Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and just renovated by his son Rees Jones, with 10 holes directly fronting the ocean.
Amanera is the first golf-integrated Aman Resort in the world and represents the first phase of a multi-phase development project.
The resort, with its sublime clifftop setting overlooking Playa Grande beach, offers extensive dining, spa, and recreational facilities in an intimate environment of 25 Casitas, each demonstrating a raw, organic design that complement the natural surroundings.
For those who have been seeking to own part of the Aman lifestyle, Amanera at Playa Grande offers a limited number of two to six bedroom villas.
The branded “Amanera Villas” offer the world class management, and services, one has come to expect from Aman and enjoy spectacular ocean, beach, and golf views.
