Located near the medieval town of Rhodes, and one of the most attractive locations on the island all the year round, the new Rhodes Marina aims to provide high quality services to yachts and visitors and contribute to the development of marine tourism.

The marina is accessible all year round, located only 30 minutes away from island’s airport and right next to the main commercial port — with regular and frequent ferry itineraries.

It has an operating depth of 5 to 6.50 meters, depending on the size of the moored yacht, and it is also the only marina in Greece that can accommodate yachts up to 120 meters.

The new marina on Rhodes is environmentally friendly and currently features 382 boat berths, with a view to be increased to 563. Docking is carried out with the use of specific instruments and specialized staff, setting the guests free of hassle and dangers.

A safe and functional base for as long as yacht owners choose to stay, the modern marina can be an excellent starting point for sailing the Aegean and the Mediterranean sea. It has an integrated electronic system, used for the central monitor, security and control of both land and sea facilities.

The marina also provides a shipyard and a dry dock. The ultra-modern control tower ensures constant monitoring and integrated management of the marina, 24 hours a day.

In regards to the facilities, the marina plot covers 118,800m2 of land. According to Rhodes Marinas, only the 22,745.42 m2 of the space will be used for buildings, allowing the rest of the space free for walking, recreation and green spaces. All buildings are of a low height, do not obstruct the view and are designed with respect to the environment. The architecture of the facilities is inspired by the medieval city of Rhodes.

“The modern facilities for the yachts, along with the recreational and promenade areas, offer getaway moments for the Rhodians and the visitors of the island”, Rhodes Marinas says.

The island of Rhodes is situated in the South Eastern part of the Aegean Sea some 260 nautical miles from Piraeus (Athens main port) and approximately 10 nautical miles southwest of Turkey.
