The Gold Medal award rewards the achievements of TUI Thomson and First Choice hoteliers from around the world. TUI Thompson and First Choice are owned by TUI UK & Ireland, one of Europe’s strongest tour operators.

The Gold Medal awards are based on feedback scores from Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires completed by Thomson and First Choice holidaymakers, rating the quality of the hotel’s facilities, customer service and safety.

“Nana Beach Hotel invests continuously to modernize its infrastructure and upgrade its services, aiming to offer its guests a comprehensive and high-quality living experience,” the Greek hotel’s management said in an announcement.
