Kalamata, Greece, Welcomes New 5-Star Hotel “Horizon Blu”

The 5-star Horizon Blu, a new luxurious hotel in Kalamata of the Messinia region in the Southern Peloponnese, Greece, recently opened its doors to the public.

Located on a privileged spot, the Navarino beachfront, the hotel offers panoramic views over the Messinian bay and the beautiful slopes of Taygetos.

Horizon Blu was designed by architect Vaggelis Stylianidis who made sure that the hotel’s guests would receive all the comforts of a five-star resort. Its modern facilities include 38 rooms and suites, 15 with private pools, decorated in yachting style, ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The hotel can also be the ideal venue to host events such as wedding receptions, business meetings or conferences of 450 people.

Guests at the Horizon Blu will also have the chance to experience the region’s rich culinary traditions at the hotel’s restaurant Deksia of award-winning chef Ettore Botrini.

The hotel is currently making the final touches to its impressive Spa & Wellness Center, a specially created environment with a large indoor pool that is devoted to wellness treatments.
