The sailing regatta celebrates the start of the international shipping exhibition Posidonia 2014 and is organized by the Hellenic Offshore Racing Club (HORC) and Posidonia Exhibitions.

Participating in the challenging and fun race will be Posidonia exhibitors as well as members of the international shipping community. Offshore boats with crews from Greece and abroad will compete for the prestigious Posidonia Cup awards that occupy prominent positions in shipping offices around the world, as winning the regatta assures great publicity for the winners during and after Posidonia week.
