Santorini’s Astra Suites Ranked Among Best Hotels In The World

Astra Suites, located in Imerovigli on Santorini, was included among the “Top 25 Small Hotels in the World,” according to Tripadvisor’s recently announced 2014 Travelers’ Choice awards.

The hotel ranked 21st top small hotel in the world and 9th in Europe. In addition, the hotel has acquired the 2nd place of the “Top 25 Small Hotels in Greece” and also the 5th place of the ” Top Hotels romantic Getaways” in the world.

The selection of the world’s best hotels for 2014 were based on the reviews of millions of travelers on TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel review site.

“The preference of the Tripadvisor community makes us all at Astra Suites particularly proud of the quality of our services. We will continue to offer the best so Santorini receives the position it deserves on the world tourism map,” Yiorgos Karagiannis, director of Astra Suites, said.

Astra Suites is a member of Trésor Hotels & Resorts, a boutique hotel chain in Greece. In 2012 the hotel received the title of Most romantic hotel in the world, by Conde Nast Johansen.
