New Collective Labor Agreement For Hotel Workers Established In Greece
A new collective labor agreement for hotel employees in Greece has been signed between the Hellenic Federation of Hoteliers and the federation that represents Greek hotel workers (POEE-YTE).
The new collective labor agreement is valid for two years and assures the minimum wage and benefits of hotel workers will remain at the current levels for 2014. A one percent raise in salaries for 2015 is also assured.
In an announcement, the Hellenic Federation of Hoteliers said the agreement would shield the working environment in the Greek hotel market.
