Lamway Hotel Management Group To Expand To More Greek Destinations
Hotel management company Lamway has announced its intention to enter the markets of Mykonos and Ios as of 2014.
The company also plans to approach other Greek destinations outside of the Cyclades island group next year.
According to Lamway, by entering new foreign markets through a planned sales and marketing strategy, in 2014 the company expects to secure an increase of incoming tourist arrivals of 10-15 percent for the hotels included in its portfolio.
Lamway currently manages hotels located on Santorini (Armeni Village Rooms & Suites, Liakada Oia Houses, Chroma Suites), Paros (4-star Paros Agnanti Resort, 5-star Archipelagos Paros Resort) and Naxos (Dream View Hotel).
In 2013 the hotels recorded an 18 percent increase in average occupancy and an 18-28 percent increase in turnover through Lamway’s management.
