This context-sensitive app offers a better overview of all important features and information about a customer’s car reservation. What’s more, this upgraded version is now optimized for use with the new iOS 7 Apple operating system.
Enjoy a transparent booking process
The free Sixt App with Apple Passbook function guides the user through every step of the booking process and guarantees that customers always know the current status of their bookings.
On completion of a booking, customers receive all relevant information about the collection point, the booking of an online check-in and details of the vehicle booked, together with the reservation number and an option for potential cancellation.
During the rental period, the Sixt App offers customers access to information about returning the vehicle and the rental contract and even displays any existing vehicle damage.
After the return of the vehicle, another option allows customers to view a summary of all information related to the booking.
Bonus program
The Sixt App also offers customers an option to state a preferred bonus program for the collection of miles or points. Users can now also enjoy the benefit of a discounted tariff when authorising a binding payment via smartphone.
The iPhone-app also features a remarkable additional function that allows customers to choose their preferred vehicle up to 30 minutes before collection.
