Greece is on track for a record tourism year, Greek Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni told the media on Tuesday, 20 August.
Speaking to SKAI radio, Mrs. Kefalogianni assured that the Tourism Ministry would concentrate further on attracting investments for quality tourism, as well as alternative forms of tourism.
The tourism minister added that the signing of a joint ministerial decision with the Greek Health Ministry was underway for the development of medical tourism in Greece.
“I believe that we will have a record year as far as arrivals and revenues are concerned,” Mrs. Kefalogianni said.
“This is warm money for the state that we need more than ever,” she added.
