Sofitel Athens Airport Shines At National Customer Service Awards 2011
Sofitel Athens Airport was recently honored at the Athens College Theater with the title “Team of the Year: Customer Service-Front Line” at the National Customer Service Awards 2011, organized by the Greek Customer Service Institute for the second consecutive year. The awards involve a total of nine categories all of which relate to customer service. The ceremony was held under the auspices of the Regional Development and Competitiveness Ministry and the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV).
