Piraeus Welcomes The Costa Luminosa
Cruisexperts Hellas organized a presentation of the Costa Luminosa, the thirteenth ship in the fleet of Italy-based Costa Cruises, which had docked in the Piraeus Port last month.
The Costa Luminosa, delivered on 30 April, had just completed its first premiere 10-day cruise from Venice in the eastern Mediterranean, which included two days in Istanbul and daily calls to Bari (Olympia), Rodos, Smyrna (Turkey), Mykonos and Athens.
Visitors were informed of the on-board entertainment options, which include 4D Cinema, three level theater, golf simulator and a 100-square-meter outdoor area, Grand Prix race car simulator, roller skating track, and a 3,500-square-meter wellness center with gym.
According to Costa Cruises, the Costa Luminosa is the company’s flagship, the most exclusive and innovative of the fleet, designed for the most demanding clientele.
The ship can carry up to 2,826 guests in 1,130 cabins (772 of those have a private balcony).
